Connected Core Collective is a 75-minute guided movement experience designed to strengthen your body, improve mobility, and create space for real connection, both within yourself and with others in the room. Not just a workout class!
This all-levels session blends intentional movement with restoration and reflection, creating a balanced approach to how you move and how you feel.
Each class includes:
Reflexology-based grounding to bring awareness to the body and release tension
Mat Pilates focused on core strength, stability, and control (with options for all levels)
Guided stretch techniques to improve flexibility and support recovery
Closing intention + goal setting to help you stay aligned beyond the mat
This is more than a workout. It’s a space to reset your nervous system, move with intention, and be part of a supportive, like-minded community.
