Founder of The Movement Space and former owner of A Touch of Balance, Keesha has spent nearly seven years helping clients reconnect with their well-being through the healing art of reflexology. Over time, her passion for holistic wellness evolved to include movement-based practices—leading to the birth of The Movement Space.

Known for her signature question, “Have you stretched today?”, Keesha empowers every client to embrace movement as a form of self-care. Whether you're joining a Mat Pilates class, receiving an assisted stretch, or indulging in a reflexology session, you'll leave feeling energized, aligned, and ready to move.
