Pancakes & Pilates: Promises for 2026

Join us for a feel-good morning of movement, nourishment, and intention. This quarterly Pancakes & Pilates event begins with a 30-minute beginner-friendly mat Pilates class designed to support mobility, flexibility, and strength for all body types.

After class, enjoy pancakes and community before transitioning into “Promises” — a guided 2026 planning session using a curated portion of Keesha’s Habit Tracker Workbook. Together, we’ll reflect, set realistic goals, and create habits that support your wellness and lifestyle in the year ahead.
